Last (probably) overseas medical mission to Africa (Malawi) this summer. Lucky and I had a great time, but clear I can no longer see 73 patients a day at age 73. It's time to quit. Probably. Maybe. We'll see.

Overseas work 2 to 3X per year for times ranging from 1 week to 4 1/2 months, with an average of 3 weeks a trip.
